All ZixCorp customers and service users can submit a support request by emailing us. Please allow up to 6 business hours for email responses. Phone support is also available, but only for our corporate customers using ZixGateway or ZixPort. Phone contact information is provided in the appropriate product support documentation.
Note: ZixCorp customer support will not accept customer sensitive information (credit card numbers, personal health information, etc.) in support requests. Email requests that contain customer sensitive information will be blocked and bounced back to the originator.
